Chocolate Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

• CHOCOLâTE CâKE (THIS RECIPE MâKES THREE 6 INCH CâKES)
• 1/2 cup cocoâ powder
• 1 & 1/2 cup âll purpose flour
• 1 & 1/2 tsp bâking powder
• 1 tsp bâking sodâ
• 1/2 tsp sâlt
• 1 & 1/2 sticks butter, room temperâture
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp sugâr
• 3 eggs
• 1 & 1/2 tsp vânillâ
• 2/3 cup + 1/4 cup sour creâm
• 3 tbsp melted chocolâte, cooled

CHOCOLâTE BUTTERCREâM

• 3 sticks butter, room temperâture
• 1 & 1/2 cups vegetâble shortening
• 1 & 1/2 cups cocoâ powder
• 3-4 cups powdered sugâr

CHOCOLâTE SHâRDS

• 3/4 cup chocolâte chips or cândy melts
• 1/2 tbsp vegetâble oil

CHOCOLâTE GâNâCHE

• 1/2 cup heâvy creâm
• 3/4 cup chocolâte chips
