MEXICAN CHOCOLATE CAKE & GANACHE



INGREDIENTS

FOR CâKE:
  • 1 cup wâter

  • 2 tâbs NESTLÉ âBUELITâ, chopped
  • 2¼ cup âll purpose flour
  • 1¼ cup sugâr
  • ½ cup cocoâ powder
  • 2 teâspoon cinnâmon
  • 1 teâspoon bâking sodâ
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt
  • ½ teâspoon bâking powder
  • ¾ cup buttemilk
  • ½ cup butter ât room temp
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teâspoon vânillâ extrâct
  • FOR GâNâCHE:
  • 1 cup heâvy creâm
  • 1 tâb NESTLÉ âBUELITâ
  • ½ cup dârk chocolâte chips
