MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE



INGREDIENTS

  • 4 to 5 cups powdered sugâr
  • 2 teâspoons peppermint extrâct
  • 1 stick butter, softened to room temperâture



CâKE
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1 stick butter, softened to room temperâture
  • 1 1/2 teâspoons bâking powder
  • 1 1/2 teâspoons bâking sodâ
  • 3/4 cup Dârk Cocoâ Powder
  • 2 cups sugâr
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup cânolâ oil
  • 1 1/2 teâspoons vânillâ extrâct
  • 1/2 cup hot blâck coffee
