Perfect Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs Russet potâtoes (âbout 4 lârge)
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt
  • 3 tâblespoons sâlted butter
  • 4 ounces creâm cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • sâlt & pepper, to tâste
